It’s a medicine that infuses me with beauty and joy, which I often need when my anxiety pops up.
If you can’t seem to get out of your head and you want to get grounded back in your body, I invite you to head outside and put your feet on the ground. Let Mother Earth remind you you’re held on steady, sure ground. And then close your eyes, put your hand on your heart and take some deep breaths.
